Cyclone is still standing, waiting for the wrecking ball. Parts of the track have been taken off, put on wooden plaques for sale on Ebay or the auction on Saturday.

I went to Astroworld one last time to say my goodbye's forever. I was so sad to see basically nothing in the park. When I heard that pieces of the Cyclone was going to be auctioned off I was determined. So I got a 1 foot section of wood from the ride itself. I was SOOOOO happy, the cyclone may physically leave houston, but to me the memories will stay for generations on in.

^Good question Briguy...from what I heard those intamin trains were painful so one can only hope SF would spring for new trains for the ride.

Speaking of trains anyone know when the cars for UT were shipped out? latest reports I've read is that track was spotted at the park just the other day but no signs of the trains/cars having been delivered yet.
