that's a shame, XLR-8 was a cool ride. I got sick everytime I went backwards but it was cool.

i still don't get why they don't put these rides at fiesta texas, in the boardwalk area there is alot of room at put xlr8 or GZ or viper, why don't they? they could put XLR8 were joker was and put viper behide the fisbee in that empty field, and or put GZ were the lone star amphitheater is. there is so meany places in festa texas they can put theses ride in but Sux Flags don't want too.

thats one reason I don't like them, THEY DON'T think twice....no I'm sorry, AT ALL. There were other options besides closing the parks.
Hey does anyone know where 'gasoline alley' was? Its a sign that my dad bought and he wants to know where it came from. Someone said in the 50s section but he wants to know exactly. He's REALLY interested in seeing the sign in any photos you have. Please post them if you have any, thanks.

That is so stupid that they didn't simply relocate these rides & instead choose to sell them or if that fails scrap them when so many other parks in the chain could benefit greatly from them.
UT won't be going up this year, the 06 park map was printed<on the SF:STL site by mistake> & it shows a whole lotta nothing other than the alpine bobs being moved to krypton comet's<chaos> former location so I guess it'll sit in the field for a season or two before either being built or scrapped.
Snyder & CO. aren't too big on thrills so my best bet is that we won't see this ride in operation again,I sure hope I'm wrong there.

My topic 'fright fest' under sorry to report, has been moved here. Seems like this is the most popular topic. I will remove the ff topic shortly when someone knows if they can help me find the fright fest music. Is it on a soundtrack or.... please let me know, thanks. I would like to know cuz I do these BIG Halloween events on Halloween for entertainment. I think the music would work well for my plans this year. Hey I'm the Astrofreak!
