Yes, keep in mind that the management who made this poor decision have all been replaced in a coup. The wheels in motion to dismantle our park where all too far along gone for the new guys to reverse.

Yes - my apologies! I realized that later that the folks that made the decision to close SFAW have all been replaced.

hummm from what i'm hearing the showcase theater has been destroyed, the mountain has been destroyed, all thunder river area is flaten out and the waterworld area too, and texas cyclone is on the last stop on the highway to hell and its really close to being there and thats about it, correct me if i'm wrong.

wow, that's scary. I'll hopefully get to go to the rodeo next wednesday. Maybe I can see the cyclone again. See this is what I'm going to do when it comes down. I'll be waiting on the rode next to the cyclone and will follow the dumpster trucks to the garbage site and from there I will take what I please.

so really the only thing left to do to the park is bulldoze all the buildings down and flatin out the land and its ready to be a parking lot or whatever the hell they want to make it into.

i was thinking about this all day, in the spot were the Astroneedle was, is there still pieces of the needle in its foundation? and in the DD when it was removed last year.
